Hi, my name is Rick McHugh, I’m a copywriter, creative director, and idea thinker upperer.

For the past 20+ years I’ve been in the business of making strategically-driven, creative solutions for world class brands across all media types. I believe in creativity, teamwork, collaboration, results, being scrappy, humble, supportive, and that good work works. I would have much rather played professional baseball, but the curveball gave me fits, so that career pipe-dream ended in college. Most recently, I was tasked with upping the creative ante as Executive Creative Director at HATCH The Agency in Boston. Before that I led creative efforts for several accounts as Senior Vice President // Group Creative Director at Hill Holliday.
